My client is a leader in the supply of Packaging Systems and Packaging Material who provides their customers with a total packaging solution.
They are now looking for a skilled Customer Service Executive to be part of the team which has seen significant growth in the New Zealand market. They are now on the hunt for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual who can listen to both internal and external customers and deliver exceptional customer service with a positive "can do " attitude.
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's culture, will be well trained in the product knowledge required to carry out your role with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Skilled desirable for the role include but not limited to:
- Knowledge of and proficient with Excel
- SAP experience desirable (preferable)
- Experience in a CRM program.
- Outgoing and pro-active attitude.
- Willingness to learn new skills especially around product knowledge.
- Detail oriented and thorough.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Customer regarding Material Forecasts on a monthly basis and provide feedback for material orders.
- Visit customers with the Account Manager on a regular basis
- Input customer material orders into SAP for Warehouse picking and delivery
- Create costing sheets based on supplier costs and feedback
- Liaise with Suppliers to obtain material quotes.
- Review Corrective Action Reports for materials team and update.
- Generate Quotation Numbers in CRM
- Generate Material Quotes to be handed to customers by the Account Manager
- Quality Control
- Raise Order Confirmations for Customers prior to fill purchasing from suppliers.
- Build relationships with customers and internal teams
- Understand our customers business to provide Extreme Customer Focus.
The role is a permanent full time Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm
