The Role - Summary

The Spring Professional Director is responsible for leading and managing the Spring Professional brand, strategically and operationally, to achieve growth targets and market share. Key responsibilities include driving growth in sales revenue as well as developing brand presence across New Zealand, particularly in the Auckland market.

In addition to delivering the strategic requirements of the business, this hands-on role also supports our growing Spring team with day to day operational activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing all operations within the Spring Professional brand
  • Drive the business strategy across the brand
  • Meet the budget, revenue, and quality targets
  • Identify opportunities to grow business
  • Be an inspirational and motivational role model, leading by example and effectively engaging team members
  • Establish strong internal and external networks
  • Foster a culture of performance and successfully drive the performance management cycle


About you

  • Minimum of 5 years in a management role within recruitment
  • Proven and successful permanent billing history
  • Financial and commercial acumen
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Involvement with strategy setting and delivery
