Spring Professional is currently working alongside a leading New Zealand Civil Contractor looking to speak with experienced Project Managers for a major land development project starting in 2019. Having experienced rapid expansion over the previous few years, they are set to continue the trend having recently secured a major project guaranteeing work for the next five years, with a possibility for ten, on top of an already stable pipeline of projects.

About the role(s):

Our client is a well-known civil contractor specialising in land development, bulk earthworks, and drainage projects across New Zealand, but based out of Auckland. As a Project Manager, you will be expected to hit the ground running, taking projects from the initial programming stages through construction through to delivery and handover. With a major project due to get underway in the first quarter of 2019, you can expect to be involved in one of New Zealand's largest land development projects to date.

We are looking to speaking with people who tick the following boxes:

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in Land Development
• Experience on Brownfield sites/projects (preferable)
• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Ability to plan daily/weekly work tasks
• Commitment to delivering projects on time, to budget, and to the highest quality
• A strong focus on Health & Safety
