Spring Professional is currently working with an engineering consultancy, with operations across New Zealand, to help find a Senior Civil Engineer / Team Lead to join their team. With offices on both Islands, our client has been established in the New Zealand market for over 30 years and is well respected for bringing market leading solutions in the fields of civil, geotechnical, and water resources engineering.

Due to a strong pipeline of projects they are now looking to add a Senior / Team Lead Civil Engineer to their team to help manage and deliver commercial, industrial and residential development projects, across earthworks, 3 waters infrastructure, and roading. This is full cycle role, taking projects from concept and design, through to consent and construction.

What we're looking for:

• A Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• A Minimum of 10 years' experience in civil engineering
• Experience working in a consultancy environment (preferable)
• CPEng accreditation
• Experience in AutoCAD, Civil 2D, and/or 12D
• Contract administration experience
• A focus on quality, and a keen eye for detail
