Foreman - Land Development

We are currently working with one of New Zealand's leading land development, bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure contractors, whom are currently looking for a Civil Foreman to join their team. With a core value of providing high-quality and customer-focused services across every project involvement, our client has developed a long-standing reputation of being at the forefront of the industry.

With a confirmed and stable pipeline of projects leading into 2019, they are looking for an experienced Foreman to join their infrastructure division in their Auckland region.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating construction crews across a range of land development projects
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
• Ensure the highest quality of work across projects
• Manage health and safety

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

• Experience in Earthworks projects, and ideally in Land Development
• Demonstrable understanding of Health and Safety legislation pertaining to construction projects
• Ability to plan daily/weekly work tasks
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor the rest of the team
