This leading, well-respected construction company are looking for an experienced Site Manager for their latest exciting project in Auckland. The company is 100% New Zealand owned and are renowned for delivering high quality projects in commercial, industrial and multi-level residential developments.

As a Site Manager, you will need to effectively manage all project delivery on site including subcontractor management, tool-box talks, ensuring project delivery is met within strict time and budgetary restraints, and to build and maintain relationships with existing networks on site.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within the industry, relevant and recent New Zealand site experience, you will have a high level of credibility and have had experience delivering multi-million dollar commercial projects and a Solid understanding of NZ building codes and construction methodology.
