This leading, well-respected construction company are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager for their latest exciting project in Auckland. The company is New Zealand owned and are renowned for delivering high quality projects in commercial, industrial and multi-level residential developments.

In this role, you will play an integral part of the team delivering projects in commercial developments. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a leadership capacity and be responsible for the delivery of a significantly sized project end to end. You will be a high performer and have experience on projects over $10 million.

You will have at least 10 years' experience in the construction of large commercial projects in New Zealand, Excellent leadership skills both on site and in client meetings, Strong systems and programme skills, Superior communication skills, both written and oral, Commitment to finishing tasks on time, to budget and to the highest standard and Experience with large commercial projects, ideally with a local Tier 1 company
