Work with one of New Zealand's leading turnkey fit out companies, working with global brands such as Gucci, Kate Spade, H&M, Mecca and much more. You will be working for the main office in the North Shore with a close team, Monday to Friday 7am till 5pm.

The business has three divisions, within this they can offer their clients a one stop shop. With a natural flow of work from preferred clients, our client is at the point where they need a Joinery Project Manager to join their team, they have recently taken on several large contracts to supply a variety of new projects and need a new team member that will continue this growth.

Reporting to the General Manager your responsibilities will include

• Working with the QS/Estimating team to ensure pack job is complete
• Liaise with CAD to manger the factory's capacity levels
• Liaising with both internal and external clients to prioritise workloads, manager and resolve all issues
• Work alongside all project managers, the CAD manager and Factory foremen to manage workflows
• Attend relevant handover meetings, ensure all information is received, agree to critical procurement requirements, engage with procurement manager to procure.
• Keep the General Manager up to date with current and future job details

• Background in joinery
• Problem solving skills
• Good time management and communication skills
